There is a correlation between the amount of children you have and your life expectancy.
In a 2006 study of the Amish,
- Fathers increased lifespan by .23 years per additional child
- Mothers increased lifespan by .32 years per additional child (up to 14 kids)
"Older ages of both the mother and father at birth of the last child were significantly associated with increased life span" - This is in agreement with a 2016 UCSD study where women who had children later in life were more likely to live into their 90s.
We know that pregnancy hormones keep the mothers young, but why do you think this is the case for the fathers?

I've been watching clips of Bluey to check if there's anything wrong on it - seems very wholesome for a modern show. Lots of scenes are aimed at parents, like the clip here. Bluey is a girl BTW.

Testimonies and writings about children and pregnant women on the Primal Diet. I personally do not advocate for eating raw meat, unless it's steak.

Coffee should not be drank by pregnant women.
There is a dose dependent association between caffeine intake and pregnancy loss, low birth weight, cardiac and genital anomalies, higher body mass, and neurodevelopmental and neurobehavioral outcomes.
As it's mainly the caffeine which is so bad for babies, you should also avoid black tea, green tea, and dark chocolate.
Decaf coffee still contains small amounts of caffeine and negatively affects fetal breathing development. In a few ways, decaf is worse than regular coffee.
The best coffee replacement for pregnancy is a roasted barley-chicory drink. It tastes almost the same. The big coffee conglomerate doesn't want you to know this, but chicory root beverages are actually safe to consume during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

I noticed some new mums are struggling to find time to be productive whilst taking care of their baby - I will soon make a little guide to help out with time management and specific tasks BUT first I want to say
When you're a new mum, you don't NEED to be on top of the laundry. You don't NEED to make dinners from scratch every day. You don't NEED to do anything else but cuddle that baby because a bare few months from now they won't want to sleep on you anymore.

Another reason to avoid seed oils: They contain high amounts of aldehydes; highly reactive molecules that can be cytotoxic and mutagenic, especially when cooked in high temperatures. Source
Nearly every product on the baby shelf in your supermarket has rapeseed or sunflower oil inside it.
