#Formula: Part of post by @juliaswellnesstips regarding baby formulas. However, all of these, and in general all commercially available baby formulas contain rapeseed oil. I do not recommend giving your baby any seed oils. If you cannot breastfeed, I would first and foremost seek a donor.
#Formula: Even infant formulas labeled “clean” or “organic” have several vegetable oils in parentheses as the second ingredient. This means the formula may be up to 20% made of these toxic, oxidized oils, while the parentheses mean that the manufacturer doesn’t know which oils were added and, in what quantities, to any given container of formula. #Formula: There is a seed-oil free exception for babies 12 months and older—Serenity Kids—whose A2 powdered milk infant formula uses only dairy fats. However they have no option for younger infants.

#Formula: For those who are brave, the Weston A. Price foundation has released a formula recipe which you can make at home and adjust to your own preferences. My doubts lay only in giving a baby raw cow's milk and cod liver oil due to the controversy of vitamin A.

What's so special about breastfeeding?
Well, to put it bluntly...the kid just freakin goes for it. Look below:
The lips and tongue create more of a squeezing action rather than sucking. The softness of the nipple makes it much more flexible than a rubbery/plastic piece, adapting it to the shape of the baby's mouth in a much more natural way.
With breastfeeding you get:
-Increased arch width
-Reduced overjet
-Reduced incidence of cross-bite
-Lower incidence of crowded teeth
This is not some esoteric theory, there are a variety of systematic reviews showing the benefits of breastfeeding on facial development."

I find this one to be the best because it follows your baby week by week and tells you the activity for each one.
#Activities: "Slow and Steady, Get Me Ready" by June R. Oberlander; This book provides developmental brain activities from the ages of 0 to 5, AND it goes week by week. It's a really great find. It is recommended by the author of "A Well Trained Mind: Classical Homeschool Eduction" as the book to follow until your child is ready to start formal schooling. I own a physical copy of this one, so no pdf (if anyone has one feel free to share).
