To the Christian there is one eternal being of God — indivisible and infinite. This being is shared by three consubstantial, co-equal and co-eternal persons: the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.

¹To deny the diversity or distinction of the persons of the Godhead is to fall to the heresy of Modalism (Father, Son and Holy Spirit as manifestations of a unipersonal deity). ²To deny the unity of essence of the persons is to fall to the heresy of Tritheism (three separate gods). ³To deny the equality of the persons is to fall to the heresy of Subordinationism (Son as creation subordinate to the Father).

Hebrews 1:8-9.

Christianity PREDATES Judaism

Rabbinic Judaism, the mainstream form of Judaism practised today, owes its origins to the codification of the Jewish oral laws in the Talmud in the 6th century AD [1].

These oral laws and traditions contained within the Babylonian Talmud comprise what the Jews call the 'oral Torah', which takes precedent over the written Torah (the Pentateuch of the Christian Scriptures), subsequently allowing them to dupe unaware Christians into thinking they follow the same god based on different revelations [2].

This oral Torah of Talmudism takes its roots in the 'traditions of the elders', which Christ rebuked the Pharisees for practising and enforcing in Mark 7 and Matthew 15. The origins of these traditions is up for speculation, be it from Babylonian influence from the captivity, Hellenistic culture, or from Edomite influence.

One way or another, Judaism is not the religion of the Old Testament [3].
