I deeply resent the idea of "No more Mr. Nice Guy"
This type of thinking comes from resentful guys who are nice because they seek approval and want to be validated by everyone around them.
You should be nice.
But for the right reasons.
These guys who preach the "No more Mr. Nice Guy" type of thinking are losers.
All they do is make things worse and create monsters.
Guess what, not being nice to others won't solve your problems either.
The same people who complain about how men never experience kindness.
You shouldn't be nice because you expect the same from others.
You should be nice because that's who you are.
A force of positivity.
Someone who radiates good and spreads it.
Because those should be your standards for yourself.
You should never be nice because you want to live up to people's standards or impress anyone.
You should be nice to impress yourself.
You should be nice to sleep well at night knowing you positively impact the world.
Stop trying to be mean to people.
And if being nice doesn't work out for you, ask yourself the right questions
What is the true motivation behind your behavior?
Is it your own standards or the expectations of others?
You don't need to become an asshole
Don't become an incel.
You are better than this.

Most advice is garbage.
Most advice is useless.
Advice will never replace firsthand experience.
Your fear of failure is what’s holding you back.
Not a lack of direction.
Not a lack of knowledge.
Because both of those are built through fucking things up.
Get in the trenches and sweat.
Go make the most stupid mistakes and handle them like a man.
Go make the worst decisions and learn from their consequences.
You are dying one second at a time.
Unless you decide to make the most of every second you live.
Only then can you say that you’re living life to the fullest.
I’d rather take years to learn than assume I know because I was told so.
And most people?
They won’t get that last line.
Be different.

Every time you hold yourself from saying what you think, you create inner frustration and live with a knot in your stomach.
You feel fake.
The truth is it’s rarely worth it.
When you simply say it as you see it, you clear any confusion and you live aligned with yourself.
There is zero point in pretending.
Is it always a good thing?
No, it will get you in trouble.
Often.
But it will always be better than living a lie.
Few people will appreciate your honesty and straightforwardness.
Most people will feel insulted and threatened by it.
But you’d rather be disliked for saying offensive things than being at war with yourself.
Most don’t have the balls to do this.
But most are not really proud of who they are.
I refuse to lie to accommodate people.
If what comes out of my mouth makes you uncomfortable?
So be it.
But I won’t lie to nurture a fake relationship or preserve your feelings.
There is a fine balance to strike between speaking your mind out and shutting your mouth for your best interest.
It’s hard.
But at the end of the day it’s a matter of character.
If you’re strong enough mentally, you’ll just handle the consequences of what you say.

Everyone judges everyone.
Knowingly or not, it does happen.
Anyone who tells you the opposite is lying.
Expecting people not to judge you is delusional.
Getting mad at them for judging you is childish.
Everyone has the right to have an opinion.
Not that it matters.
People can think whatever the fuck they want of you.
At the end of the day, you only get to experience their actions, not their thoughts.
Don't assume shit.
What people think doesn't matter.
How they behave does.
Only react when boundaries are crossed.
Anything else?
Give zero attention to.
Actions over words.
Actions over assumptions.
Only care about what directly affects you.
And people's opinion does not fall into that category.

You either become dangerous or you live in fear for the rest of your life.
Develop your ability to inflict damage.
You have to be capable of violence not to bully innocent people but to protect yourself from bullies.
Most of the time, you won't need to use it.
But when you do need it?
You'd better be capable of it.
This is not an invitation to become violent.
This is an invitation to get stronger.
Physically. Mentally. Financially.
You need to be able to not only get back up from any hit life may send your way.
But also be able to dissuade whoever wants to take what's yours.
And you can't do that if you can't defend yourself.
Get dangerous.
Stay dangerous.
Don't let anyone fuck with you.

You can rely on either hope or hard work.
Hope is random, it keeps you on the edge
Never knowing if it will ever come.
Hard work is certain, it keeps you sharp.
When it doesn’t pay you know you’re simply doing it wrong.
And you learn.
But hoping teaches nothing.
Brings nothing.
You CAN rely on hope.
But it doesn’t mean it will pay off.
But hard work?
Even if it fails…
It still toughens you up.
So if you’re a rational mind:
Hard work is the only answer.
Most of your problems will disappear if you simply do more.

Life makes sense and takes all its meaning when you have a purpose and a vision.
A clear direction.
Every move must be intentional.
Every move must mean something.
Every move must make sense.
A goalless life is worth nothing.
Even if you’re exceeding other people’s standards.
Do it for yourself.
Define your own path.
Have a crystal clear vision.
Not a vague idea.
If your vision isn’t clear enough, you will lose yourself in the redundant tasks.
You will hate everything you do.
If your vision is absolutely clear?
You will love each and every iteration.
You need to know WHY you’re putting in your reps.
You need to SEE it and VISUALIZE it.
You need to know deep down in your heart the real meaning of each iteration and repetition.
It needs to be fulfilling not boring.
You find purpose by choosing where you want to be in the future.
That is the only way to enjoy anything.
Navigate life blindly and you’ll soon find yourself hating each and every breath you take.
It will feel dull.
Don’t do that to yourself.
Find what you truly desire.
Make a step by step plan.
Be ready for surprises.
Then take on life head on.
Full speed.
No brakes.
Intense adrenaline.
You’ll every “boring” moment of it.
And every time doubt creeps in?
Remember where you’re going.
Then get off your ass and start moving the needle.
Everything you do must build up the vision you built in your mind.
That’s the whole game.

Most people do not care about being confident.
They care about appearing self-confident and that's where they get it wrong.
Projecting self-confidence is easy, that's why many fall into arrogance and can't back up their claims.
Real confidence is how you feel about yourself.
It has nothing to do with how you're perceived.
Because someone that truly values themselves and is confident in themselves does not care about how they appear or the vibe they give off.
They just do shit because they feel like they can. It's about proving something to yourself.
That's what's called authenticity and it's usually admirable.
If you fake confidence instead of building it, all you get is the exact opposite of what you're seeking.
Do the inner work, forget about the external world.

Downplaying yourself won’t end well.
You won’t pursue your potential if you tell everyone that you’re not as good as people may think.
And you will believe it.
The truth is you’re capable of much more than you allow yourself to think.
Unless you intentionally want to fool people?
Don’t downplay yourself.
You’re putting imaginary obstacles in your own way.
You’re being your own enemy.
Never do that to yourself.
Take pride in your abilities.
Embrace what you’re good at.

“Do you think you’re better than the others? Do you think you’re special?”
No.
I know it in the depth of my soul.
The average mind cannot comprehend.
I suggest you do the same and think highly of yourself.
It doesn’t matter what others think of it.
Only way to achieve anything worthwhile is changing how you perceive yourself.
Society will always demonize ego and tell you something is wrong with you for holding yourself at higher standards.
Same people will use you as an example when you achieve what they couldn’t dream of.
There isn’t anyone in history who achieved anything while thinking low of themselves.
Self-perception is everything.

Saying "yes" to something you don't want to do is the ultimate act of disrespect to yourself.
It’s just the truth.
It shows that you don't value your own time, energy, and well-being as much as you value someone else's.
And that's not okay.
It's time to stop apologizing for choosing your self-interest over doing favors.
Your interests matter, and they deserve to be honored. When you say "no" to something you don't want to do, you're not being selfish - you're being authentic.
You're acknowledging your own needs and boundaries, and that's a powerful thing.
Think about it this way - if you constantly say "yes" to things you don't want to do, you're sending a message to the world that your time and energy are expendable.
You're setting a precedent that it's okay for others to take advantage of you, and that's not a healthy or sustainable way to live.
On the other hand, when you say "no" to something you don't want to do, you're setting a clear boundary and sending a message that your needs matter.
You're respecting yourself, and in turn, others will respect you more for it.
Of course, saying "no" can be easier said than done.
I’ll give you that. It’s not always easy.
It can feel uncomfortable, awkward, or even scary.
But here's the thing - the more you practice saying "no," the easier it becomes.
And the more you honor your own needs, the more empowered and confident you'll feel.
So, the next time someone asks you to do a favor you don't want to do, remember this: you have the power to say "no."
You have the power to prioritize your own interests and well-being.
And you have the power to show the world that you're worthy of respect and dignity.
Don't let the fear of disappointing others or losing their approval hold you back from honoring your own needs.
Saying "no" is not a sign of weakness - it's a sign of strength and self-respect.

You’d rather overestimate than underestimate your potential.
If you go with the former, you’ll soon find your limits and know what needs to be worked on.
If you go with the latter, you’ll never know how much you’re capable of.
I’d rather be wrong and learn from it than never try, never know and never learn.
As long as you’re willing to correct course?
Nothing can go wrong.
You will fuck things up.
You will come short.
You will fail.
And none of it will matter in a few years time.
Stop limiting yourself.
Let them call you arrogant or whatever.
They will be the same to applaud when you make it.
They will be the same to ask you how you got there.

There are only two parameters.
Talent.
Hard-work.
Some people simply have in it them.
They run laps around everyone effortlessly.
They don’t even try hard.
But they also tend to get lazy and complacent.
Those are not the majority.
Most people are not like that.
Most people have to put in the work.
Sweat and blood.
Hours of repetition.
Boring and tiresome.
But that’s just the way it is.
The good side of it is that if you’re not a natural?
You can still run laps around everyone.
The truth is hard work matters more than talent.
But if you have none of those?
You’re fucked.
And I mean it.
If you have no talent and no willpower to make up for it?
You’re never going to make it.
Talent may be out of your control.
But hard work?
That’s a personal decision my friend.

One of the most powerful lessons I learned from my father was:
Pay attention you fucking idiot.
Minus the last two words.
My father is a respectful guy and never swears.
But he knows how people operate.
He knows they cheat.
He knows they will fuck you over if you don’t pay attention.
I went with him to check on a house he was building.
He hit a pillar of the house and it sounded empty.
He told the guy:
This pillar is empty.
There is no steel inside.
I come from Africa so the guy is not a contractor.
He was gonna get paid and leave.
And if the house collapses?
It’s your responsibility.
Fast forward 14 years after…
Earlier this year an earthquake hit Morocco.
And when I think back…
If Dad didn’t pay attention to that pillar?
The two maids we had in that house would have died.
And he would have been held accountable for it.
He’d have to spend a decade or two in jail.
Lesson?
Never let your guard down.
People’s lives depend on you.
No matter how careless you are.
No matter how unconcerned you are.
The decisions of today have immense repercussions on tomorrow’s outcomes.
Be flawless.
