@playinnowbot might be unavailable for a few hours while im investigating why our custom bot api instance borked 😶

upd: stopped the self-hosted instance of botapi; currently it's running on telegram's bot api instance and at first glance, it looks like we should be good now. i guess it will stay like this until we hit any issues with their instance - we're already hitting server disconnect errors sometimes though
