Wet ink signatures are no longer required?
We need to work together pulling apart and analysing these changes as the wording keeps referring to rules.

If your getting in to crypto to get rich or protect your assets yet don't understand the fundamentals be prepared to get wrecked either by greed or handing over your data to get into a crypto. It is clear Telegram is being used by predators to bamboozle those just starting out speaking truths of what we should be escaping but concealing critical information that effects privacy by way of REGISTRATION to buy desired currency, often it is not the currency that is the issue it is the wallets, exchanges, investor promises and all the third party and data agreement relationships.

Bailiffs and Public Liability Insurance
Should a bailiff be standing at your door insisting right of access then calmly explain that you require the following information before you will consider engaging and be sure to film the entire conversation. This also applies to police.
These are important details that will ensure the bailiff/Constable knows you are aware of how to make a private claim for compensation against them for any harm to your person or property.
1. Ask their full name and ID.
2. Ask to see the warrant and take a
photo or video.
3. Ask if they have “public liability
insurance” and if so can they
provide the certificate.
What is public liability insurance for bailiffs?
The bailiff public liability insurance policy protects you against claims in respect of your legal liability for personal injury or property damage sustained by third parties arising during the course of your business. It pays any awards that are made against you and also meets the cost of any legal defence of any claim, whether you are responsible or not.
Why does a bailiff need public liability insurance?
Every day bailiffs face the risk of legal action being taken against them in respect of their liability for personal injury or property damage arising in the course of their business activities. The awards that may be made as a result of a successful claim can be catastrophic but even the legal costs of defending the most spurious claim can cause severe financial hardship.
