There have been a wide range of fixes/changes made to this release, as well as the support for the latest Telegram v6.2.3.

The main feature of this release is File-Transfer-OTR support!

🎁 BetterTelegram GUI v1.3.7 has been released!

This update adds full transparency to the DLL patch updates, it will now grab them directly from the github internal repository instead of from the BetterTelegram backend server!
This also fixes some connectivity/injection issues that certain users may have experienced in the past due to not being able to connect to the cloudflare CDN via certain region/vpn configurations
