The House Stablecoin Bill would make it illegal to issue or create new stablecoins that mimic the functionality and features of TerraUSD—an algorithmically-backed stablecoin that infamously lost its dollar peg in May.
Nasdaq Takes Crypto Bet With Custody Service for Institutions
