The combination of a gazebo, banners especially our crimes against humanity banner, live music and a upbeat high energy atmosphere worked as many people stopped and read the banner and once offered with an outreached arm from behind the banner happily approached and accepted the information. We also had an Iranian protest side by side with us for a long period of the day and I managed to speak to the organiser, exchange numbers and speak about us marching together one day ♥️🌏♥️🙏 thank you to Martin Whitehouse for organising the day, the people of Birmingham and other areas who turned out, my team of Richard Turpin (phill the shill) Claire Reed Angel Farringdon (Helen) Gary Donnelly Stephen Talbot-Jobbling Jenny Richards and the "retired" Daz Putin also to Mark Sexton for eating all the doughnuts and not bringing the infamous black and white bag. This CORONANATION STREET soap opera has enough stupid plot points as it is.
A long and stressful day, 24 hours we were out in total. I just wish our team would have capitalised a bit more but mistakes happen.

LEEDS OUTREACH/RALLY Saturday 26th
A massive thank you to our team Angel Farringdon (Helen) Gary Donnelly Hague Pete Richard Turpin and also Fiona Rose Diamond for the brilliant team effort on distribution as well as everyone else who helped get light papers and leaflets out. Thank you also for the warm welcome by Nick Cottle as well as George and Allan Weir from Liverpools peoples resistance Keith Fairclough and more for your kind words and support. Sadly at the moment we as a team are struggling to get through an event without drama and disruption which cut our day short which was disappointing as we were eager and determined to reach as many people and get as much literature out as possible.
