Introducing MistKernel
A Kernel focused on Performance, with Battery in mind

Changelogs:
- Added schedhorizon CPU governor. (to enable, go to fkm (or any alternative kernel manager) > cpu > choose schedhorizon as default for little and big cluster. Highly recommended to enable this!)
- Optimized cpuidle for better deepsleep
Set up/down_rate_limit for schedhorizon to 500/2000us to improve performance and lower battery consumption
- Adjusted the CPU utilization of apps to 75% for running apps and 25% to foreground apps
- Added SSG I/O scheduler
- TCP westwood as default
- Introduced CASS (Capacity Aware Superset Scheduler)
- set CONFIG_WQ_POWER_EFFICIENT_DEFAULT=y
- Full LTO-O2 with POLY optimizations
