Global lockdown surprisingly brought Distributed Lab 200% increase in a workload!

A few interesting developments:
1. We started an internal educational program for team members that develop their entrepreneurial skills. The good goal for them is to manage their own business (using our franchise model). It is exciting to see how removing a glass ceiling unleashes the energy in people!
2. We realized that we haven't used implicit benefit of our 5+ year educational activity - a 2000+ people talent pool. Attached a 4-year old picture of the 5th course graduates, some of which are running their own companies.

The goal for Q3 is to hire the first team member from the region other than Eastern Europe. It will require switching to English as an internal communication language.
