Connect the dots

Few days back I learnt something important...

I learnt something about our old friend, Focus.

Focus, as we know, is necessary to get anywhere in our life.

But more importantly, it is also necessary that we are able to switch focus swiftly from one task to another task to tackle multiple problems in life. Psychology says that an average human brain takes about 17 minutes to switch focus completely.

So the thing is that don't either switch your focus until you find it necessary or if you want to switch the focus, forget for a moment what you were doing in the previous task. That way it will be a little bit faster to switch the focus and your tasks will go in better way...

Afterwards, when you switch back to the task which you were already doing try to recall everything about it. This will again prove very helpful to gain focus quickly.
