Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) launches Chandrayaan-3 Moon mission from Satish Dhawan Space Centre in Sriharikota.

Chandrayaan-3 is equipped with a lander, a rover and a propulsion module.

Chandrayaan-3 had a successful Liftoff.

We will reach the South Pole of the moon in 4th week of August.

India will become the 4th country after USA, Russia and China to successfully do a soft landing on the moon, and will be the 1st country to reach South Pole. #ISRO

Chandrayaan-3 Mission update:
The spacecraft's health is normal.

The first orbit-raising maneuver (Earthbound firing-1) is successfully performed at ISTRAC/ISRO, Bengaluru.

Spacecraft is now in 41762 km x 173 km orbit.(ISRO)
