I've got my wave today -:) Your turn ! 🏃‍♂️
Interactive content is the new currency

Let’s face it, we’re drowning in content these days. Attention is scattered, and getting people to focus on your content has become the ultimate challenge.

Traditional tools like PDF guides, checklist and so on just don’t work like they used to. They often get lost in the “read later” folder, forgotten. So, how do you stand out?

Here’s the trick: add a little play. Turn static content into something interactive, and transform passive consumption into active engagement.

How can you do this?

🟢 Option A: Make your guide game-like. Add interactive elements like resource collection, decision paths, or mini-challenges that match your topic.

🟢 Option B: Go all-in with a chatbot guide. This turns your content into an engaging experience while also collecting leads for future engagement.

These are just a couple of ideas. The beauty of a game-based lead magnet or complete products is its flexibility—it can be tailored to any niche, helping you grab attention and boost conversions.

Ready to up your content game? Let’s talk about strategies that capture attention and get results.
Is “spying” a winning strategy?

Definitely yes. I can truly declare, I’m a “spy” .

I’ve been doing it for more than past two years : finding new concepts, learning new methods, taking courses, conducting researches, experimenting, taking over new digital tools and playing, playing, playing.

Today one more evening LXD international playful workshop with people from US, South Africa, Europe, Argentina, Brazil…

I love this kind of collective intelligence where connections are deeper, insights are more powerful and energy is resourceful.

But the biggest point - realizing there are people next to you that are on the same road, towards to change and new experience.
I am eating worms 🐛

Never eaten worms before. There is always a starting point.

But how to combine pleasure with unexpected? - through playfulness.
Secret ingredients on how to engage your audience through playfulness:

- visual communication
- appealing topic
- personal dilemma
- fun
- addressing inner motivations
- teaser

“Do I look depressed?”

It’s one of my daughter’s questions I had to address last week. One of those questions that make think three times : as a parent, as a practical educator and a learning experience designer.

Would be interesting to see your version if you are in such a situation before I explain mine.
Who said it? I will kick his ass

That was my first reaction in mind as a mom.

The second one, after reflection, was formulated (always in my head) from educator and managerial position. Too much formal, neutral, not really leading to a efficient learning.

The third one was introduced by my inner voice of learning experience designer who is focused on a human being. Based on LX design principles, a deeper transformation (mental-emotional-behavioral) happens through insights an individual receives from an experience activity.

Guess what we did? - a hint is hidden in visuals.
Playful Business : Utopia or Alternative?

Hey hey week is almost done spent on testing new playful solutions, strengthening my expertise, extending my professional « playful » toolkit.

🔹 Monday opened a new learning experience with a serious game design course based on the experience economy principles to certify my expertise in this area and stand out with « wow » playful solutions for business and personal growth.

🔹 Tuesday was spent on developing and designing playful materials I want to implement into my international flagship course on entrepreneurial personal branding

🔹 Wednesday - online game on how to find a « purple cow » idea for a serious game 2.0 based on the experience economy and personal expertise. A kind of « collective ideation » where you need an empty space for new neuronal connections. This additional licence-based tool goes directly to my « banana toolbox » 🧰 and I am eager to include in my offer.

🔹 Thursday - ideating a methodological game for LxDesigners and Entrepreneurs within a new collaboration ( promise to tell you more as soon as I can).
It does help me keeping building my own methodological framework on how to work with experts, playfully and digitally => new collaborative digital hub « Notion-Telegram » is on its way.

🔹 Friday - double playful experience :
« brainwashing » session with my course buddy @annaharder

Afternoon I played CozyJuicyReal game during Community Social Mixer by L&D SHAKERS - online board game with thought provocative questions and challenges - a nice way to replace a boring small talk when new people onboard ➡️Nice solution to start a training or team building activity.

🔹 Saturday agenda contained a playful session on how to facilitate a memorable online webinar. This practice will certainly find its place in my updated course starting in October.

🔹 Sunday - course mastermind expanding my perception on game design.

To complete, playful activities outside with my daughter and little « devil » dog.

❤️ days of play - and tell you that it’s a part of my job - designing and implementing playful and digital solutions in education and business 🤦‍♀️. It could be worst as a job !

How playful was your week?

Let’s start this week with a playful quizz: What is this place?
The new Heros of our Edge: who are they?

A new kind of hero has captivated millions - 32 million views on Youtube in just 13 days - that’s the result of the Kaizen documentary, sparking a massive wave of interest. It tells the story of 21-year-old French YouTuber, Inoxtag, who embarks on a year-long journey to climb Everest. He’s not an athlete, mountaineer, or adventurer by trade, but a regular young man with an extraordinary goal.

As educators, professionals, and parents, shouldn't we ask ourselves: who are the heroes of today that our children follow? Who do they look up to? Adventurers like Inoxtag represent a modern narrative of struggle, perseverance, and achievement—not with superpowers, but with grit, determination, and heart. This resonates deeply with the younger generation.

Watching this documentary, I couldn’t help but wonder: what if we shifted our perspective? What if, instead of positioning ourselves solely as "experts," we connected with people based on their interests?

- Why not embrace what resonates with the younger generation?
- Why not frame our challenges in ways that feel like their own Everests?
- Why not use the Everest metaphor, along with real-life examples, to make our approaches more relatable and engaging?
- Why not reset our mental patterns to introduce fresh ideas and examples into our methods?
- Why not stop complaining about the existing system and start building new ones that engage and inspire the next generation?

The Everest journey also teaches us something profound, it was about transformation: the climb isn’t about proving something to others; it’s about proving something to yourself.

As we encourage others, we must also ask ourselves:
What mountain am I climbing?
Have I reached the top, or am I still on the way up?
Is the summit I'm heading toward truly my final destination?

And now, the ultimate question:
What’s your Everest?
Have you started the climb yet, or are you still at base camp, gathering the courage to take the first step?

Everyone has an Everest. I’m on my way to my second base camp... the journey continues.
Christmas is today

Christmas is today … judging by my chocolate advent calendar :-))

24 days to go! What's left on your countdown clock before Dec 24th? 🤔

Here's my list of "must-dos" before we hit the champagne and fireworks:

Wrap up 3 certification courses (because apparently, I love learning to expand my toolbox).

Snuggle under a blanket 24 times for much-needed recharges (goog thing to do as there is 3° outside).

Publish 24 playful prompts for the "Bold Corner" advent calendar chatbot (because nothing says festive like a playful solution).

Launch the first-ever Serious Business Game 2.0 on the Experience Economy for business and educational experts (because learning through a game is insightful and fun).

And you? What’s on your plate?

❤️ -
If resisting holiday chocolates is a near-impossible mission.

👍 -
If chocolates are "meh," but the Christmas chaos still has you juggling like a circus act.

Drop your countdown goals below - or just laugh at mine!

Advent Calendars Are for Kids? 🎄

What if we take this classic holiday tradition and turn it into something more… impactful? Like a business strategy self-reflection tool ?

Voilà, the Bold Advent Calendar is here!

Starting December 1st, I’m sharing a daily visual prompt with one small but meaningful question at a time to reflect on your business year.

The questions will range from simple to deep, covering successes, challenges, and even those less-than-pleasant moments—because acknowledging those is just as important.

Most of the questions will focus on your business or project, but if you feel inspired to reflect on personal matters instead (especially if you don’t have a project yet), feel free to follow your own path.
Bold Advent Calendar, December 1st

Let's start with a simple but tough prompt at once.

What would your year look like?
Bold Advent Calendar, December 2nd

Simple but important question.

Who influenced your project or you as an entrepreneur/freelancer/project manager/educator the most in 2024?

If you feel like sharing, tell us what this person did for you and why you are grateful to.
In any case, make sure to say "thank you"!

By the way, it would be great if we all took a moment today to express our gratitude to those who have helped us this year.
Does not mean the way we can do it.
It doesn’t have to be just one person.

Sometimes, we get so caught up in the hustle that we forget how important it is to simply say “thank you.”

Bold Advent Calendar, December 3rd

What decision did you take that truly altered and shaped your Year?

It doesn’t have to be something monumental - just something that demanded your courage, clarity, and resolve.
Perhaps it was a leap of faith into the unknown. Or maybe it was a quiet yet powerful choice to let go of something that no longer served you.

Here’s an additional question: what drove you to make that decision, and how has this decision shaped your journey so far?

It’s not just about the decision itself—it’s about how it helped you grow, what it taught you, and the direction it set for your next steps.

Take a moment to acknowledge and celebrate your bravery in choosing. If you'd like, share your story—it may inspire someone else to make their next big decision.
