There's a problem I just now learned about in full... the "0 percent incident." Currently, EvoX 11.3 has a problem shutting down when the battery is dead. At 3.3-3.4 volts, the device doesn't turn off and continues to operate. After this point, the processor begins to throttle severely, and the system begins to die (destroying various system/hardware components). The device continues to operate until the voltage drops to 2.8 volts, after which the screen goes blank and the device shuts down.

After such a "discharge" you have to wait a little longer to turn on the device, but once turned on the system works properly.
