Yesterday Salesforce announced Einstein Voice. The main goal of this extension is to translate voice to text and log that information into Salesforce. This will save a huge amount of time when you need to manually fill the form.

In addition to the Voice Assistant, Salesforce announced that customers can build their own voice bots on the Einstein Bot Platform. Einstein Voice Bots will be in open pilot in June 2019.

Guys, has anyone of you tried to create chatbot for a retail store? What was the result?

We found a remarkable article from Manychat team which helps you to go deeper into the e-commerce chatbots topic.
It is here: https://blog.manychat.com/how-to-build-ecommerce-chat..

Especially for you, we have highlighted some tips from it:

• If your goal is customer acquisitions, then it is better to use a rule based bot. With NLP, your AI bot can easily get off your conversion track because users can type in whatever they want and go through different flows.

• The Welcome Message needs to be short and it's goal is to introduce your chatbot, tell the user what your chatbot can do for them and show them how to proceed to the next step.

• You should allow the user to restart the bot or unsubscribe. Don't put these functions in the main menu, but rather hide them in one button - settings.

• If the user has not made a purchase immediately, then apply the VTPC-rule for 4 days: Value, Trust, Pricing, Community.
