• If your goal is customer acquisitions, then it is better to use a rule based bot. With NLP, your AI bot can easily get off your conversion track because users can type in whatever they want and go through different flows.

• The Welcome Message needs to be short and it's goal is to introduce your chatbot, tell the user what your chatbot can do for them and show them how to proceed to the next step.

Apple has bought up the talent it needs to make talking toys a part of Siri, HomePod, and its voice strategy. Apple has acquired PullString, also known as ToyTalk.
