also today is 100 days since my last self-harm relapse
ive had urges recently, but i promised myself that instead of that I'll be doing things that make me feel good. kinda grieved the day that wouldve been my 2 year mark, but had to accept that im here right now and all i can do is take care of myself
treat this as a reminder that healing is possible and whatever youve got going on will be replaced with good memories🥰

i think it's been half a year already since my last sh relapse. even though urges are still with me after all that time, i don't give up on healing. it gets getter guys.
we're going to become such beautiful middle aged freaks so that young freaks will see us in the streets and know that things can be okay.
