Почти каждое свое путешествие по Китаю я посещаю горы Уи, родину знаменитых улунов. Для меня это уже стало своего рода традицией... С момента первого путешествия в 2011 году, возможно, был здесь раз 30, но все равно тянет заехать:)
Множество друзей, живописные горные маршруты и особенная атмосфера. Когда я пью утесные улуны вдали от Уишань, вкус всегда напоминает мне эти туманные горы и влажный воздух...
Most of my Chinese travels i visiting Wuyi Mountains, motherland of famous wuyi oolongs. It's already became kind of a tradition for me... Since the first travel in 2011, maybe been here at least 30 times, but still don't feel it's enough:)
Many friends, scenic mountain routes, and really special atmosphere. When i drink some wuyi tea, but the same time i'm not here, the taste always reminds me this foggy mountains and humid air...

Продолжаю исследовательское путешествие по Китаю, готовлю новую чайную коллекцию. Сейчас посетил север провинции Фуцзянь – Таньян и Пиннань. Интересен тот факт, что сегодня большинство производителей здесь используют новые селекционные сорта для производства местного красного чая. Мне посчастливилось найти чай, выдержанный в Таньяне с 90-х годов, который напомнил мне лучший тайваньский выдержанный красный чай... Встретился с очень опытным местным специалистом по чайной науке и технологиям, который представил восхитительную коллекцию чая, приготовленную им самим с использованием собственных технологий, в том числе некоторые экспериментальные сорта. В то же время у нас состоялся очень полезный разговор об истории чайной культуры уезда Фуань. Чайная культура – это действительно нечто совершенно особенное. Ты можешь исследовать её всю свою жизнь, и через много-много лет однажды обнаружить, что все твои знания были лишь каплей в вечном и бескрайнем океане чая...

Continuing my research travel for the new tea collection. Now visited the North of Fujian province - Tanyang and Pingnan. Interesting fact, what nowadays most of the manufacturers here use new selection tea cultivars for the production of the local tea. I was lucky to find some Tanyang aged red tea from 90s, which really reminds me some best Taiwanese aged red tea... Met very skilled local award-winning tea science and technology specialist, who presented adorable collection of tea, made by himself with using of his own technology, including some experimental types. We same time had very useful conversation about Fuan tea culture history. Tea culture is really something completely special. You can research it all your life, and after many-many years one day find out, what all your knowledge it was only a drop in eternal and endless ocean of tea.
