POLICE CRUISER PLOWS THROUGH CROWD IN TACOMA WASHINGTON

At least one person was injured late Saturday night when a Tacoma, Washington, police officer rammed his cruiser through a crowd of people blocking an intersection in a terrifying incident caught on camera.

Police were called to the corner of South 9th and Pacific Avenue around 6:20 p.m. local time and found “multiple vehicles and approximately 100 people present blocking the intersection."

Officers began to clear the intersection when one group allegedly began crowding an officer’s cruiser.

“People hit the body of the police vehicle and its windows as the officer was stopped in the street,” the department said. “The officer, fearing for his safety, tried to back up, but was unable to do so because of the crowd."

Video posted on social media then shows the officer rev his engine and drive forward, flinging multiple people to the ground and seemingly driving over at least one.

RUDY SUED BIGLY Dominion Voting Systems has sued former President Donald Trump's personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani for defamation after he pushed the "Big Lie" about election fraud on his podcast and TV appearances.

Dominion is seeking more than $1.3 billion in damages.

The lawsuit notes that while Giuliani spread falsehoods about Dominion being owned by Venezuelan communists and corrupting the election, he did not make those claims in lawsuits he pushed on behalf of Trump.

The Supreme Court declined on Monday to hear a case concerning whether former President Donald Trump violated provisions of the Constitution that bar a president from profiting from a foreign government.

The court instructed the lower courts to wipe away a previous lower court opinion that went against Trump because he is no longer in office. It leaves unresolved a novel question raised in the case because Trump, unlike other presidents, did not use a blind trust when he assumed the presidency, but instead continued to retain an interest in his businesses and let those businesses take money from foreign and domestic governments.

Days after President Joe Biden took office and the Democrats took control of the U.S. Senate, Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., would not unequivocally say Sunday that the 2020 presidential election was not stolen and called for an investigation of fraud, without providing evidence.

"The debate over whether or not there was fraud should occur, we never had any presentation in court where we actually looked at the evidence. Most of the cases were thrown out for lack of standing, which is a procedural way of not actually hearing the question."
