New proposal up on Octus Bridge
The Octus Bridge DAO has a new proposal up for a vote. The proposal seeks to allocate 333,333 BRIDGE tokens to liquidity for the BRIDGE/QUBE pair.
Allocating these tokens will allow farming rewards for BRIDGE pairs to be paid out in QUBE tokens. Additionally, this will create sustainable liquidity for BRIDGE and QUBE tokens, low slippage on exchanges, and increase the overall liquidity of the exchange, which will attract customers for Octus Bridge.

As you may know, we recently launched the unique Universal Bridge mechanism, which is a new Octus Bridge technology that will allow any project to transfer liquidity from any one network to any other. As you will be aware, Octus Bridge's value proposition involves using its TVL for investment purposes. Any DAO member can create a proposal with an investment strategy. At the moment, the platform's USDT and USDC vaults are generating profit via recently implemented strategies. It is important to understand that these are still in the early stages, and the profits won't cover the previous quarter. Nevertheless, we propose the following solution:
To pay proportional dividends to Octus Bridge relayers and stakers in the following total amounts:

- 25,000 QUBE
- 10,000 USDT

We are happy to share with y'all that the Avalanche and Milkomeda networks are now officially up and running on Octus Bridge. Milkomeda is a layer-2 solution built off of Cardano that offers rollup technology to layer-1 blockchains and Avalanche is one of the most formidable blockchain networks in the industry.
As such, these two additions to the Octus Bridge roster further solidify the utility and unique advantages offered by our cross-chain bridging platform.
Just a heads up regarding Avalanche tokens: when transfering main tokens (USDT / USDC / DAI / wBTC / wETH) on the Avalanche network via the Bridge, make sure that the tokens are in the .e format. Example: USDT.e
