OSHA investigates deaths of 3 workers at NJ Amazon facilities within several weeks

“The first death happened at the Carteret fulfillment center on Prime Day – July 13. Rafael Frias, 42, died of cardiac arrest.

A second death occurred on July 24 at the Robbinsville facility. That worker reportedly fell and hit his head. A third died at the Monroe facility on Aug. 4. A cause of death has not been provided.”

Family of 27-Year-Old Who Died After AstraZeneca COVID-19 Vaccine is Considering Legal Action

🇬🇧💉@COVID19Up: The family of a 27-year-old British engineer who died after receiving AstraZeneca’s COVID-19 vaccine is eyeing legal action.

Jack Last was vaccinated March 30, 2021 and died three weeks after.

A CT scan on April 10, 2021, revealed Jack had developed a cerebral venous sinus thrombosis, which causes blood cells to break and leak blood into the brain tissues, forming a hemorrhage. It occurs when a blood clot forms in the brain’s venous sinuses and prevents blood from draining.

Jack died at Addenbrooke’s Hospital in Cambridge, U.K., on April 20, 2021—only 11 days after he sought medical treatment for severe headaches.

On April 7, 2021, European regulators announced they had found a “possible link” between AstraZeneca’s COVID-19 vaccine and “very rare” blood clots.

A review will be held next Thursday (August 11), after which a full inquest will be scheduled.
