Hi! This is Denis and Andrew. We are happy to announce that after winning the contest among 206 participants, we are moving to a new stage of development @CallegramBot.

🥇Slim Elk for their @Call app that lets you manage a call calendar from inside Telegram chats. Thanks to deep integration, the app provides a satisfying and convenient way to share your call calendar and book calls.

At the moment we are focused on refining the existing functionality, adding new and something stunning/needed by thousands of users. Fasten your seatbelts, we're catching a wave!

Our main philosophy in creating an useful products is «No onboarding». User should check the service and immediately understands main directions:

1. Open @CallegramBot;
2. Tap on «Open Calendar»;
3. Go to «Profile» tab;
4. Choose your available days and schedule type;
5. Save changes;
6. Share your schedule with someone in Telegram.

1. Open special booking message from your companion;
2. Tap on «Book a call»;
3. Choose your favourite day and time from available schedule;
4. Confirm and tap on «Yes, schedule it»;
5. Check message from @CallegramBot.

✔️ Done! Bot will remind you about upcoming apointment in 20 & 10 minutes.

🔍 Time Zones in @Call

1.5 months ago we were developing the bot and caring about Time zones. From our side — user shouldn't totally care about time differences.

If you're booking a call with someone who lives in another Time Zone (e.g. -4 hours) you will see an owner's available schedule in your Time zone.

The video above shows a typical situation when 1 person is living in region with GMT+9 and schedule owner in GMT+3. Difference is +6 hours.

✔️ Don't care about Time zones. Choose the best time for you in 1 click and spend a time with your family. @CallegramBot will remind you about upcoming call!

❓ How to share a schedule in 1v1 chat via @Call

1. Open the required chat;
2. Enter symbol «@» & paste bot name «CallegramBot». Next time it should be auto;
3. Make «Space» after word «CallegramBot»;
4. Tap on banner «Send your schedule».

🆕 Custom schedule in @Call

We're glad to show you a new update: Custom schedule. Right now you can set up your own & unique schedule type for sharing with everyone within Telegram.

To set up a custom schedule you need:
– Open «Profile» section;
– Tap on «Custom» button;
– Choose your start and end available hours;
– Tap on «Save changes» button.

ℹ️ How to edit a booking in @Call

Don't forget you can always edit your appointment. Just make these steps:
– Tap «View booking» for special appointment;
– Tap «Reschedule» & choose your new date, time;
– Click on «Yes, edit it».

⚡️ You will never forget about upcoming call with @Call

Our @CallegramBot always helps you with reminders. The bot will remind you about calls in 20 minutes, 10 minutes and at the moment of the event. You can rely on us and think only about the subject of the call. Everything else will be taken care of by Callegram.
