- Force-enabled HQ Voice due to problems with the dynamic switcher.

Thanks to official TG logic (or not), build number is a bit screwed up, so RIP who will update from arm64

What we are working on:
- fully functional sticker kanging [as seen in userbots]
- forward options directly in the share sheet
- and obviously, bugfixes

this build will be available in Google Play later this day, I have uploaded it already

- Clean up drawer
- "Delete for all" in private messages is now enabled by default (you still can uncheck it)
- "Recent Actions" is now always visible
- Now you can see chat (channel) id in profile (we will make it optional later)
- Now you can see date of uploading of profile photo

Uploaded to Google Play, will be available after Google's approval (a few hours)

HQ Voices are fixed, but a new build will be out only when I make a few more features, thanks for understanding!
