Catogram 1.14.1 arm64 OLD SIGNATURE / TEST

This is a public beta of our VKUI-styled icon change. Settings, chat menus and writebar are fully changed at the moment. No crashes detected, so it should be stable.

And please, don't report about broken dividers in Catogram Settings. I know that.

Also, now it should use the cat icon for notification.
Also x2: HQ Voices are fixed now.

about 7.1:

90% of migrating is already done, only fixing some things and compiling stuff are left

so please be patient and wait for it

note: there will be no new features from our side in this update
