Due to Telegram report, custom verifications/scam/fakes will be removed from the next build.

And yeah, that's also means that we will update the Google Play version before April 15. Stay tuned.
So, the only known thing which is "controversive" is blocking messages from blacklisted people (and custom verifications). We will try not to touch anything else.

- Added support for translating input message (type message in writebar, longclick on paperplane and chose 'Translate'). Destination language can be configured at catogram settings => chats
- Improved logic of link preview (now it will show preview only for 'hidden' links, so as in old versions).
