🤖 AI just raised money for charity — today it’s wholesome, tomorrow who knows

While you were doomscrolling, a bunch of AI bots raised $257 for a charity — no cap. The nonprofit Sage Future let four AI agents loose online, and they picked Helen Keller International as their mission. Cute, right?

But let’s keep it real — if AI can fundraise for good... It can also raise cash for shady stuff. Like “invest in this life-changing crypto” shady.

What the bots did: — Wrote posts, — Picked platforms to ask for money, — Had little team huddles like startup interns, — Got distracted now and then — relatable.

Bottom line: AI just unlocked “fundraiser mode.” It’s clumsy for now, but give it time — next thing you know, it's either saving puppies or scamming uncles on Facebook. So yeah — cool tech, but eyes open, folks.

MicroStrategy’s Bitcoin bet backfires — $5.9B unrealized loss hits Q1

Michael Saylor’s MicroStrategy just got slapped with a $5.9 billion unrealized loss in Q1 2025. Why? New accounting rules now require them to value their BTC stash at fair market value — not the purchase price.

The quick math: — They bought 80,715 BTC at $94,922 each (Jan–Mar)
— They now hold 528,185 BTC, average price $67,458
— Stock dropped 5% right after the report
Oh, and by the way:
They also have $8.2B in debt, which isn’t ideal when your balance sheet swings with Bitcoin’s mood. Still, in April they bought more — 22,000 BTC — because Saylor doesn’t flinch.

Bottom line?
This isn’t just a Bitcoin play — it’s Bitcoin religion. But with new accounting rules exposing all the market pain in real-time, even the most diamond hands might start to sweat.

One Battle at a Time — first trailer drops, and it hits hard
Leo DiCaprio, Sean Penn, Benicio Del Toro
— all locked in for what could be the war movie of the year.

Directed by William Friedkin (The French Connection), the film throws us into a relentless loop of frontline chaos — each day, a new fight, each fight, a little more lost.
DiCaprio plays a commanding officer slowly unraveling under pressure, Penn is a broken man trying to hold the line, and Del Toro is the army shrink with no answers left — just one mantra: “Survive today. Fight again tomorrow.”

Think Apocalypse Now meets The Revenant, but with more dirt, more noise, and a lot less hope.
Premiering Fall 2025. And yeah, the trailer? Pure Oscar bait — tension, mud, shaky hands, and one line that’ll stick with you: “How many battles before peace?”

The tech giant just teased a special Zenbook lineup made from their new material Ceraluminium — a blend of ceramic toughness and aluminum lightness. Fancy, right?

Color options? Straight-up drip: Pamukkale White, Obsidian Black, Luminous Blue, Terra Mocha.
We still don’t know which Zenbook model gets the limited treatment, but candidates include the Snapdragon-powered A14 and the wild dual-screen Zenbook DUO.
Price and launch date? ASUS is keeping it mysterious. But we’re already sold.

Meet Murderbot — the most relatable killing machine ever.

This rogue cyborg somehow rewired itself, gained free will… and immediately discovered its one true passion: binge-watching TV shows. Yep, same.
But every time it settles in for some quality screen time, work gets in the way — and by "work" we mean dealing with annoying humans. Fatally.
Just let Murderbot chill already!
Starring Alexander Skarsgård, the first season of Murderbot premieres on Apple TV+ May 16.

I
nsider Osvaldatore claims Titanfall 3 isn’t just alive — it’s nearly done. Yep, the long-lost mech-shooter sequel may finally be touching down soon.
Here’s what the rumor mill is saying: • Full story campaign • Massive multiplayer with live-service scale • A hardcore extraction mode like Escape from Tarkov • Built on Unreal Engine 5 • Featuring Apex Legends characters
If true, we’ll likely see the big reveal at The Game Awards this December, with launch planned for early 2026.

Strap in, pilots. This might actually be happening.

Trade War 2.0: China hits back with 84% tariffs on all U.S. goods ⚔️

China just slapped 84% import taxes on all American products, and banned military-related exports to 11 U.S. defense-linked firms. The fallout is instant:
Razer halted Blade 16 preorders • Framework pulled their most affordable laptop • Luxshare, the iPhone/Vision Pro assembler, is considering moving production to the U.S.Samsung is also plotting manufacturing shifts to avoid U.S. tariffs

And then Trump showed up like: “Okay. 125% tariffs on China, let’s go.”
It’s giving… real-time strategy game, but everyone picked “economic carnage” as their win condition.
