Australia had weather modification legislation in place 57 years ago, which is still current. It was put there to assist farmers and alleviate droughts and bushfires. source Yet not ONCE have we heard a politician or news anchor mention even an ATTEMPT to cloud seed to quash a bushfire or avoid a drought, which drags on, causes farmers to suicide and costs the country billions.
