The schools called me and said that they won't let my kids in the school unless they wear a mask, they refused to except our exemption.. I had to pull them out of school to avoid truancy.. Eastman Chemical Chestertown Maryland. Greg Andrews plant manager. 667-254-4235. After 10 years of employment at this plant site I was fired for not complying to wear a face mask. There was no negotiation what so ever about this. I was sent home three days in row even though I reported to work in uniform ready and willing to go to work for refusing to wear a mask after I explained I had a religious and constitutional exception protected me. Papers were sent to corporate headquarters stating this. On the evening of the third day I was called by Eastman HR in Kingsport Tennessee informing me I was terminated from employment.

Today I am informing Colette Scrimger, of the possibility that fraud has been committed in orders 2021-1 and 2021-2. You commit fraud, if you do not communicate to the communities you serve in the same sentence, that although you highly recommend/mandate mask use and testing, everyone equally has a right of a religious and/or medical exemption from wearing a mask and/or participating in testing.

The right to these exemptions is a federal law and no state law or company or corporate policy can override a federal law or The Constitution. Civilians of all ages have a RIGHT to these exemptions. Failure to make necessary changes to this narrative is a federal offense and you will be held individually liable of committing fraud.

Adversely, you are opening yourself up to a civil lawsuit.

It is imperative, that it is known to you; that this communication is now public record. You have officially been put on notice of the changes necessary to avoid a lawsuit. Mask and testing mandates are unlawful, and each individual has a right to exemptions by law and you must honor it.

These changes must be made within 5 business days. BEDHD and all the schools websites should reflect this information, any door with a mask covering sign should also have a religious and medical exemption sign next to it.

I am speaking to inform you out of love. I do not want to form a lawsuit against you, and more importantly I do not want to see fraudulent charges be placed upon you. Fraud is very serious and by not telling the public that they have a right to these exemptions is fraud and this will not be tolerated. Please advise when changes will be made, so we do not have a lawsuit drawn up and served. Remember from this point forward, you are personally responsible for any child or staff hurt mental and/or physically from these mandates. I was the third speaker this morning around 9:45 am. We stayed for an hour then left to allow others in the building to speak. Someone performed a citizen arrest on Colette around 4pm at the end of the meeting. Then worked a deal with the DA and Sheriff to release her pending an investigation to her Fraudulent activities!

Myself and over 525 parents formed a small group here in Garrett County, Maryland to fight the Superintendent and BOE over state mandated face masking and soon to be vaccine requirements. We have emailed and protested the BOE for weeks and they are arrogant and refuse to recognize RE and Medical exemptions. In fact, she emailed us to say that if we wanted the PRIVILEGE of sending our kids to public schools we would need to comply! I've pulled my kids out of the system over this madness. They are requiring the mask mandate again starting next Monday. We are extremely upset about this. Oh my goodness Christopher. I am beyond upset now. My daughter-in-law has emailed the superintendent several times and today received an email saying that if my six year old grandson shows up to school without a mask he will be sent home on Monday. If it happens again he will be expelled from the school. They have a group of around 141 parents who are not getting through to this tyrant. Follow the money right?!
How much do they get paid to enforce this ridiculous mask mandate?! I am so praying for some help.
