Dr. Goddard the one that you're going to call is the head of the Provost office I guess he is the Provost well they have a group called protect the nest and that group decided they should follow CDC guidelines and local health department guidelines and recommendations even though our local health department is not mandating masks for anyone in our community

Good afternoon Dr. ? and Board of Education,
 
 
           I am writing to inform you of the possibility that fraud has been committed. It is unlawful to require the use of masks. You have a duty to inform the public of their right of a religious and a medical exemption. The right to a medical or religious exemption is a federal law and no state law or company policy can override a federal law or The Constitution. Civilians of all ages have a medical and religious RIGHT for this exemption. Failure to make necessary changes to this narrative is a federal offense and you will be held individually liable of committing fraud (Jail time can be imposed upon this offense). Adversely, if you impose mask mandates and do not inform parents, students, and employees of their right to medical and/or religious exemption, you are opening yourself up to a civil lawsuit.
           These changes need to be made in a timely manner, within 5 business days. The schools website should reflect this information, any door with a mask covering sign should also accompany with a religious and medical exemption sign next to it. The school can place this information at staff meetings, throughout the halls, and on social media.
           I do not want to form a lawsuit against each of you, and more importantly we do not want to see fraudulent charges be placed upon you. Fraud is very serious and by not telling the public that they have a right to these exemptions is fraud and this will not be tolerated. Please advise when changes will be made, so I do not have a lawsuit drawn up and served.
           Please reference Christopher key and the Jefferson County Schools case, which was held in Birmingham, Alabama. This case included individuals that serve on the Board of Education, the Superintendent, President, Vice President. Also reference Christopher Key and the Southeastern Conference Office case. These cases were successful cases against fraud, masks, and vaccine mandates. Christopher Key WON all these cases.

This man, Kahseim Outlaw was named teacher of the year in 2020 in Wallingford CT. And in 2021 he is about to be fired. I made an attempt to contact him and sent him a text message. He just replied and will be calling me sometime today. I am going to inform him of what you’ve been doing throughout the country with great success: That he has to be informed of his religious and medical exemptions and if he is not, then those people are creating fraud which is a criminal offense. They are now being put on notice that from this day forward they have been made are aware that if anyone is harmed, injured or killed from wearing a mask, taking a PCR test or taking a vaccine, and that they did not notify that person of their religious and medical exemption, they are now liable to fraud which opens each and everyone of them up to a personal and civil lawsuit. They can now be sued for which their home, car, pension and retirement can all be taken from them. Lastly, if they are telling a person to wear a mask(which is considered a medical device), take a PCR test (which is a medical test) and or take a vaccine (which is a medical treatment) then what they are doing is practicing medicine. Practicing medicine without a license is fraud! This is also a criminal offense which they can face jail time for. Thank you for all you do and inspiring others like myself to TAKE ACTION!

First, let me apologize for the problems we experienced with our phone system yesterday.  This was not a localized issue---our provider was experiencing global phone outages and we've been assured they've been corrected.  We certainly weren't intentionally preventing parents (and others) from contacting us.


Regarding mask exemptions, we have many families who have afforded themselves of mask exemptions and I have personally recommended medical exemptions for several of our students.


The tone of your email is totally inappropriate and it will not distract us from the importance of our work.  We are committed to maintaining safe onsite instruction for as many of our C-R students as possible, every day, despite the fact that this virus is increasingly afflicting your young students.  Masks are an important part of our strategy to ensure safe schools and they're proven to reduce transmission.  


I don't know what "financial gains" you're alluding to---the masking requirement is a public health mandate.  Perhaps you should be directing your anger and threats to our NYS Health Department.  After all, they are the ones who've implemented a mask mandate.  If you look closely at our plan you will see that our local team designed a plan consisting of mask recommendations and mask mandates.  The state then overstepped our plan and implemented a "masks for all" mandate statewide.


You've chosen some very strong words for your email, accusing me of criminal activity and fraud.  I take offense to those allegations---and I can assure you that we, and all schools, are acting within the scope of NYS law and regulation.  You may not like the regulations---and that I can understand---but to allege criminal behavior without any sound basis is totally irresponsible.
