According to the Baton Rouge Police Department, the lady in the video, Teresina Carter, 50, was taken into custody on Thursday, July 7, and is being charged with aggravated assault and simple criminal damage to property.
She will not be booked into the jail and will likely just be issued a summons.

Delta clinic is horrible because it connected directly with Kermit Gosnell. They do an average of 75 abortions during an 8 hour day without cleaning or sanitizing during patients. They have made friends with the state examiner, the examiner gives them advance notice of visits. This is the only time they clean.

On Thursday afternoon, the New Orleans City Council passed a resolution calling for no city money to be used to solicit, catalog, report, or investigate reports of abortion.
