Once upon a time, I wanted to create a village with many people and houses. Then I got over it! A dozen years later, the need has arisen for that dream to come true for others, and the plan is nearly ready to help. The time is finally right.

The primary mission of the Coops is: To keep it accessible, match packages of materials with each workshop up to the whole house, and store them in warehouses or storage units until they are ready to use.

Storage units become mobile workshops to build and move on to the following site.

Solar and wind power, along with generators, can make a complement of power sources for each site to build upon and either keep for the community or move to the following build-out site.

These package units also purify water and have the means to support a group of people in a town without AC power without compromising their access to the outside world, as they also have internet links and networks for locals to use

Generate income from the storage of materials while people are waiting to build.

II Align Operations

Set up Gonzales warehouses to be emptied to send to build with, then take down the building for the massive supplies of roofing, wood, and parts to make the next batch with the rest of the inventories, as well as grow the Pure Salvage Outpost network to start the Salvage Mining in all the great places that have been forgotten. Treasure is all around if you look for it with the right perspicuity, eyes, and “I” working in unison to make miracles happen.

More giant warehouses can happen locally when the proof of concept takes off, and the space grows. It will happen with retail for building materials in a more wholesale environment with leading retail at the Luling PSO for training, preferably with sales transacted where the tax is 2 cents lower per dollar in Texas. Plus, if Gonzales or Luling is not going to give me some Economic Development money, then I am not sure I want to let them taste the spoils. Tax is at the point of purchase. You sell where you are, and if an internet sale with pickup and shipping out of state, there is no sales tax in Texas so far, I think… and into the near future. Loophole?

Plan to expand retail enclosures back to operate and train, pay people who come to learn, and educate them on what to salvage hunt when they return home.

Move out of each house to grow in that direction so the village can expand with a plan and stop when it maxes out capacity rather than destroy the land around it. Balance with nature is the key to success.
