💬 Vent #6

Hey everyone! 😊

Lately, I’ve been reflecting on the challenges of learning AI and machine learning on my own. On campus, we get some exposure, but not enough for the kind of projects I dream about. Sometimes I feel like I’m constantly behind global standards, and it can be really discouraging. 😅

My routine? Tons of YouTube tutorials, Kaggle competitions, and endless documentation. Some days I feel like I’m making progress; other days it feels like I’m just spinning in place. It’s exhausting!

What keeps me going is remembering why I started: I want to build software that can solve real-world problems and make an impact. Even when resources are limited, the internet is slow, or I get stuck for hours debugging, I remind myself that every small project and every line of code is a step forward.

Now I’d love to hear from CodeBiruh Fams
💡 What advice would you give to someone who is self-learning AI and feeling stuck or overwhelmed?
