It’s just a chill space where I share my thoughts, things I’m learning, mistakes I make, and random dev moments.
I opened this to stay committed, grow, and learn with others.
If you vibe with that, grab your coffee and let’s figure out tech together ☕️💻

Advanced JS/TS Concept
☕️ Code & Coffee — Tip of the Day
Optional chaining is cool… but Nullish Coalescing (??) is even cooler.
 const username = inputName ?? "Guest";

Difference:
|| treats 0, "" and false as “empty.”
?? only considers null and undefined as empty.

Real-World Debugging Insight
☕️ Debug Diaries — Today’s Fight
Spent 40 mins debugging an API issue.
Turns out the backend was returning 200 OK… with an error inside the JSON 😭

Lesson:
Always check:
res.status
res.data.error
res.headers

A “successful” request doesn’t always mean the server is happy.

☕️ Dev Speed Hack
Use the ‘Rubber Duck Debugging’ method.
Yes, it sounds silly. But it works.

Explain your code problem out loud even to an empty chair.
Your brain suddenly finds the bug because it's forced to make sense.

90% of my “big bugs” die this way.

My coworkers just look at me like: ‘why is she arguing with the air?’ 😂

☕️ Dev Mindset

In tech, you’ll always see tools and terms you’ve never heard of.
Don’t let it trigger imposter syndrome.

Just write it down → check it later → grow step by step.

Every dev feels this.
You’re not behind you’re learning. ☕️💻🔥

☕️ Dev Mood

Do you ever look at your code and feel like it’s standing on one leg…
and if someone touches it, the whole thing will collapse? 😂
is it only me ?
But somehow it still runs lol

I'm attending DevFest for the first time, and I'm excited to be surrounded by so many developers! I hope to meet new people, build my network, and learn something new. If you're here and see me, please say hi! 😊

Hey guys! How’s your Sunday?
How do you usually spend Sundays to recharge for the week?
For me, if I spend my Sunday outside, it feels like there’s no new week like the last week just continues. So I usually spent it by chilling at home.

Have a nice Sunday 🥰

☕️ Code & Coffee - MERN time

Lately, I’ve been struggling to host one of my projects on cPanel.

cPanel isn’t really Node-friendly by default. It’s built mainly for PHP, so anything related to Node.js already comes with friction.

In my case, I was working with React + Node + Prisma. Prisma turned out to be tricky on cPanel the installation needs relatively high RAM, and that forced me to switch my ORM to Sequelize.

That experience pushed me to compare Prisma vs Sequelize, and here’s a simple takeaway that might help you choose 👇

Choose Prisma if:

You use TypeScript
You want speed, type safety, and clean code
You’re building modern APIs (Next.js, NestJS)
You care a lot about developer experience (DX)

Choose Sequelize if:

You’re strong in SQL
You need complex or highly customized queries
You’re maintaining a legacy project
You want the flexibility of ORM plus raw SQL

Hope this helps someone

You should check out this app it’s really useful. The UI and user experience are excellent, and everything feels well thought out. Big kudos to the developers for creating such a helpful app. I’ll definitely be using it.
