One of the simplest ways to think about the meaning crisis is to ask whether humanity is going through a moment where our experience of life feels increasingly less relevant and meaningful. Do we feel withdrawn from our world? A sense of disconnection from it and others? Perhaps this is at the root of our mental health crisis' as John Vervaeke suggests. Perhaps there are other biological factors like nervous system dysregulation at play here as well. Regardless, are we experiencing a collective felt sense of meaninglessness?

This is playing out in everything from our relationships to our societal structures. Things are up for re-questioning and re-examination, and while this can be an uncomfortable and awkward place, it can also be a great opportunity.

The Intercept, among others, has revealed that multiple US federal agencies worked with Big Tech to stop the spread, of what they claim to be, "misinformation" on social media for quite some time.

This may not be new information, but the extent and depth of this type of activity is quite larger than what anyone really realizes. There's a reason why dozens of employees from various federal agencies like the CIA & NSA are now employed by Big Tech companies like Meta.

Dr. Peter Doshi, a senior editor at the British Medical Journal and associate professor at the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy has been a voice of reason throughout the pandemic. He’s one of what seems to be thousands of scientists and doctors who have been raising a number of concerns regarding ignored important data on COVID-19 vaccines. These concerns are rarely acknowledged and even known about by the average citizen. Big Tech along with governments are engaged in a massive censorship campaign, and these (COVID-19 vaccine) concerns have been virtually non existent in mainstream media coverage.

In a recent interview with German TV, Doshi expressed this fact, saying that “Our legacy media has not done a good job in providing balanced coverage about the vaccines” and that “we’re not getting the information we need to make better choices and to have a more informed understanding of risk and benefit.”

Mainstream channels never get banned for weeks at a time, feeling safe to do whatever they like. But independents, who have a fraction of the budgets already, are put at an even greater disadvantage by being treated unfairly and having to walk on eggshells all the time.
