I've watched people suffer a great deal holding hatred toward world leaders over the last 15 years. Seeking revenge and angrily wanting to see leaders be hurt.

In my mind, the idea of "moving on" when it comes to societal change is moving from anger and hatred to better sensemaking, uniting with others, inner work and changing cultural conversation toward new ideas and solutions vs whining and complaining about every bad move a leader makes.

This societal change... this shift in consciousness.. it will happen slowly. Don't let it hate eat away at your ability to feel joy.
