In the last 5 or 6 years, the sensationalism, panic, fear, and nasty divisive tactics used by mainstream media all these years are now almost everywhere with alt media and alt media influencers.

In fact, due to gamed algorithms and how much audiences are PAYING the fear based brands, that's all who's surviving, leaving people with little option for other things.

Putting on the conspiratorial hat for a second, if social engineers wanted to make people powerless they would lock them up in physiological fear by feeding them brands and influencers who keep them divided and in fear... alt media has largely become that.

Somehow I think this would be one of the only interviews worth listening to given Rogan won't let her side step an real questions.

Harris' team is obviously taking a huge risk if they do this, which is why they likely won't, but it would be interesting nonetheless.

Then again, he may only get a list of approved questions and a short leash...

When the autonomic nervous system is stuck in a state of tension, collapse, or a mix of both as a result of chronic stress and/or stored trauma, true healing can’t happen.

Or, as Joe puts it: “When you're in survival, your body prioritizes survival, not rest and repair.”

Energy gets diverted to scanning for threats, worrying, and pumping out stress chemicals like cortisol and adrenaline — leaving little for real recovery.

That's why, even if you’re doing all the “right” things like food, exercise etc, you can still wake up exhausted, anxious, and burned out.
