You should learn to displine your self. Discipline means guiding your energy properly in three direction:
Mind, action and speech. Discipline does not mean arresting yourself, repressing yourself, suppressing yourself, or torturing yourself. It means learning to guide energies that you have and learning to be positive in life. Negativity does not help. It is like slow poison. But positive thinking is like necter, and it definitely helps.
