ℹ️ Traders use DCA to improve entry price and avoid going all-in at one level. But in a long drop, it can increase exposure.

In a drop, your bot will:
• Fill the base order
• Add averaging orders at your steps
• Keep targeting take profit

For a safer start, set limits:
• Max averaging orders
• Order sizes
• Max active deals

Bots follow rules. They don’t remove market risk.

Before you add funds, run a backtest and make sure you know:
🟢Max drawdown, not just total profit
🟢How long trades stay open
🟢How often averaging orders fill

If the numbers don’t match your risk level, adjust your settings and test again before turning the bot on.

⚙️ Most setup issues come from mixing up two terms:

Bot = your strategy + settings.
Deal = one live trade the bot is running right now.

Quick cheat sheet:
• Base order: the first order that starts the deal
• Averaging orders: extra orders if price moves against you
• Take profit: closes the deal when you hit your target
• Stop loss: closes the deal to limit losses (if you turn it on)

Michael Burry (you might know him from The Big Short, where he was played by Christian Bale), the investor who famously warned about the 2008 housing crash, is sounding the alarm again.
