১) অভ্যাসে পরিবর্তন আনতে হবে। সকালে উঠে পড়তে হবে। ফজরের পর পর টেবিলে বসে যেতে হবে। ভোর ৪ টায় উঠে যদি পড়তে বসো তাহলে মনে করবে তোমার চান্স পাওয়ার স্পৃহা অনেক বেশি। এটা তোমাকে এগিয়ে রাখবে। ভোরে ব্রেইন ফ্রেশ থাকে।

১) নির্দিষ্ট কোনো টার্গেট ফিক্স না করে পড়াশোনা করা।
২) বুঝে না পড়ে শুধু মুখস্থ করা। (তবে মুখস্থ করা কিছু ক্ষেত্রে ইফেক্টইভ হবে)
