গুচ্ছভুক্ত আটটি কৃষি বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের সমন্বিত ভর্তি পরীক্ষার সিলেবাসে পরিবর্তন এনেছে ভর্তি পরীক্ষা আয়োজক কমিটি। পূর্ণাঙ্গ সিলেবাসে ভর্তি পরীক্ষা আয়োজনের পূর্বের সিদ্ধান্ত থেকে সরে এসেছে কর্তৃপক্ষ।

জানা গেছে, কৃষি গুচ্ছ ভর্তি পরীক্ষা আয়োজক কমিটির সদস্যরা প্রাথমিকভাবে পূর্ণাঙ্গ সিলেবাসের আলোকে ভর্তি পরীক্ষা আয়োজনের সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছিল। তবে সেই সিদ্ধান্ত পরিবর্তন করেছে কর্তৃপক্ষ। এইচএসসি ও সমমান পরীক্ষার সিলেবাস অনুযায়ী পরীক্ষা আয়োজনের সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছে তারা।

বুধবার (১০ আগস্ট) দুপুরে দ্যা ডেইলি ক্যাম্পাসকে বিষয়টি নিশ্চিত করেছেন কুষি গুচ্ছ ভর্তি পরীক্ষা আয়োজক কমিটির আহবায়ক ও শেরে বাংলা কৃষি বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের উপাচার্য অধ্যপক শহীদুর রশীদ।
তিনি বলেন, শিক্ষা মন্ত্রণালয় এইচএসসি ও সমমান পরীক্ষার সিলেবাস অনুযায়ী ভর্তি পরীক্ষা আয়োজনের পরামর্শ দিয়েছে। আমরা তাদের পরামর্শ অনুযায়ী এইচএসসির সিলেবাস অনুযায়ী ভর্তি পরীক্ষা নেব।

জানা গেছে, চলতি বছরের ভর্তি পরীক্ষায় ২০১৭-১৮-১৯ সালের মাধ্যমিক ও ২০২০-২০২১ সালের উচ্চমাধ্যমিক পরীক্ষার্থীরা অংশগ্রহণের সুযোগ পাচ্ছেন।

এবারে আবেদনের যোগ্যতা সর্বমোট ন্যূনতম জিপিএ ৮ থেকে বাড়িয়ে ৮.৫ করা হয়েছে। এ যোগ্যতার মধ্যে প্রত্যেক ভর্তিচ্ছুই পরীক্ষার জন্য আবেদন করতে পারবেন।

এবারের ভর্তি পরীক্ষায় আসন সংখ্যা আগের মতই রয়েছে। তবে এ গুচ্ছের সঙ্গে নতুন ‍যুক্ত হওয়া হবিগঞ্জ কৃষি বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের ৯০টি আসন যোগ হয়েছে।
