এইচএসসির ফল অটোপাসে নয়, ফেল করলে ফেলই আসবে

চলতি বছরের এইচএসসি ও সমমান পরীক্ষার ফলাফল অটোপাসের ভিত্তিতে প্রকাশ করা হবে না। অনুষ্ঠিত পরীক্ষাগুলোতে প্রাপ্ত নম্বর এবং যে পরীক্ষাগুলো বাতিল হয়েছে সেগুলোর ক্ষেত্রে জেএসসি ও এসএসসি পরীক্ষায় প্রাপ্ত নম্বরের ভিত্তিতে সাবজেক্ট ম্যাপিং করে এ সার্বিক ফল প্রকাশের প্রস্তুতি নিচ্ছে শিক্ষা প্রশাসন। তাই অনুষ্ঠিত পরীক্ষায় কোন শিক্ষার্থী ফেল করলে ওই শিক্ষার্থী সার্বিক ফলাফলে ফেলই করবেন বলে জানিয়েছেন শিক্ষা প্রশাসনের কর্মকর্তারা। যদিও এইচএসসি ও সমমান পরীক্ষার ফলাফল প্রকাশের প্রস্তাবনা এখনো প্রস্তুত হয়নি।

এবার ফারাক্কার ১০৯ গেট খুলে দিলো ভারত

বাংলাদেশে চলমান ভয়াবহ বন্যার মধ্যেই ফারাক্কা ব্যারেজের ১০৯টি গেট খুলে দিয়েছে ভারত। সোমবার (২৬ আগস্ট) এসব গেট খুলে দেয়া হয়। ফলে একদিনেই বাংলাদেশে ঢুকবে ১১ লাখ কিউসেক পানি। বাঁধ খুলে দেয়ায় বন্যার আশঙ্কা তৈরি হয়েছে পশ্চিমবঙ্গের মুর্শিদাবাদসহ বাংলাদেশেও।
