World Court Rejects Demand for Gaza Cease-Fire

“In a series of near-unanimous votes, the world court on Friday ordered Israel to ensure that its military not violate the Genocide Convention, and that it punish incitement to genocide and report back to The Hague on its compliance…“

The court did not order the fundamental objective South Africa and its allies sought: an end to Israel’s military response to the attack Hamas launched on October 7th.

The court also called for the immediate and unconditional release of Hamas hostages from Israel.

But…migrants could be granted exceptions for humanitarian reasons.

And…there would also be harsher penalties for those who attempt to illegally cross the border multiple times. They would be banned from entering the U.S. after 2 attempts.
