There would be a daily limit, based on the daily average. So, it sounds like those that aren’t admitted one day would be able to wait until the next day.

But…migrants could be granted exceptions for humanitarian reasons.

And…there would also be harsher penalties for those who attempt to illegally cross the border multiple times. They would be banned from entering the U.S. after 2 attempts.

Unfortunately, it’s in California with their prohibitive environmental rules. So, it’s unlikely anyone will be able to extract any for decades.

In August, a large lithium deposit was also found in Nevada’s ancient McDermitt Caldera volcano, which would be much easier to access.

Corruption abounds…

Ukraine uncovers major arms corruption worth USD $40 million, 5 arrested

According to the investigators, the money was sent to various accounts in Ukraine and the Balkans. Payment was made in advance, with funds transferred abroad to deliver the weapons; but, no arms were ever provided.

Ukraine's prosecutor general said that the funds have been seized and will be returned to the country's defense budget.

In connection with the charge, 5 people were arrested and one person was detained. They will face up to 12 years in prison if found guilty.
