U.S. Magistrate Judge Patricia Morris maintained that Russell Douglas Warren's statements threatening to kill President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris did not constitute a direct and immediate threat to physically harm either of them.
Warren, 48, was charged with making threats to:
✔️The president
✔️The vice president
✔️The Smithsonian museums
✔️Air Force One
✔️Disney theme parks
✔️One World Trade Center
✔️Mount Rushmore
Among other locations.
It was later revealed he had posted hundreds of messages on X making threats against various public figures.
Warren was convicted of assault with a deadly weapon in 2022.

The fear is that she could die on the job, like Ruth Bader-Ginsburg (87 at the time of her death) and Sotomayor’s replacement could be made by a Republican President, if a republican is in office. This would further solidifying a conservative Supreme Court.

Colorado House Bill 24-1163 enters a new level of big government and big taxes.
The bill will add a new tax of up to on EACH pet and it includes ALL pet animals, even invertebrates. (Not livestock)
An annual tax of $8.50/pet is the proposal, unless you don’t name a ‘designated caregiver’; then the cost per pet is $25. Every pet is required to be registered.
There is no cap or max tax/per household maximum taxation.
How outrageous is this?…
Someone with 100 aquarium fish or koi in a water garden could be paying $850 annually.
