Former CIA Insider Convicted, Sentenced to 40 Years in Prison for Crimes Against America

Joshua Schulte, 35, was sentenced in federal court in Manhattan on Thursday to 40 years for releasing highly classified information about the CIA’s methods of collecting information in the computer world.

Prosecutors called it a “digital Pearl Harbor” the true extent of the damage may never be known.

Shulte was reportedly also sentenced for possession of child pornography.

I court documents, prosecutor Damian Williams said that prosecutors said he was motivated to leak classified information because of resentment over the CIA’s handling of his work-related grievances. He was angry about interpersonal conflicts, being transferred to a different branch, not being granted a certain level of access within the CIA’s systems and similar issues…”

Sen. Chuck Schumer ( D-NY) released a 370 Page draft of a ‘Border Security Bill’ with a vote planned for Wednesday.

The $118 billion bill designates $60 billion in military aid to Ukraine, $14 billion to Israel and $20 billion for border security.

U.S. House Majority Leader Steve Scalise (R-LA) has said the $118 billion bill combining border security with Ukraine and Israel aid won't be brought up for a vote in the House.

The OTHER border crisis: New Jersey-based smuggling gang run by illegal immigrants has helped dozens sneak into US from CANADA for $6,000 a head - amid 500% surge in crossings at northern frontier

The gang has been run by migrants who entered the country illegally and established a sophisticated ring to smuggle people into the US from Canada.

Several have been running the gang from New Jersey, where they settled after being released by ICE. 

They have used secretive tactics to move dozens, if not hundreds, of migrants into the US sneaking them across the lightly-guarded border between Quebec and Vermont.

The gang was able to continue operating despite being caught red-handed multiple times. 

Two accused ringleaders, both undocumented migrants, have been arrested by US authorities.
A third alleged leader remains at large in Canada, where authorities say they have no powers to detain him.

The gang has continued to smuggle migrants across the border, despite the arrests.

Boeing finds new problem with 737 Max planes after worker spots mis-drilled holes on fuselage that could lead to delays on delivery of 50 new planes

Boeing Commercial Airplanes CEO Stan Deal, in a letter to Boeing staff seen Monday, said a worker at its supplier discovered mis-drilled holes in fuselages.

Spirit AeroSystems, based in Wichita, Kandas makes a large part of the fuselages on Boeing Max jets.

The problem was discovered by a Spirit employee who notified his manager that two holes might have not been drilled according to specifications.

Pennsylvania Courts Website Hit By Cyberattack

The attack disabled parts of the site and reignited security concerns.

The incident was described as a "denial of service" attack. The network was flooded with traffic until the site was unable to respond, thus preventing access for real users.

Officials do not believe any court data was compromised. The site remains open to the public for use.

Dr. Austin Brendlen Harris, 43, of Granada Hills, California, was sentenced U.S. District Judge Reggie Walton to three years of probation and fined $5,000 for the petty misdemeanor charge of parading, demonstrating, or picketing in a Capitol building.


📝 Federal prosecutors had recommended that Judge Walton sentence Dr. Harris to 30 days in jail.
