In its’ 2023 Diversity and Inclusion Report, Microsoft boasts in its’ “pay equity agenda.”
They admit that racial minorities who are eligible for rewards earn $1.007 in total pay for every $1 white employees earn.
More specifically, , according to the report, Black and African American employees earn $1.004 and Asian employees earn a higher $1.012 for every $1 earned by white employees with matching job noscripts, levels, and tenure.
The report states that the data represents total pay, including base salary, annual bonuses, and stock awards.
And…Microsoft boasted about instilling far-left ideology in employees, with 96.4% reporting some awareness of “allyship.”

Thankfully, no staff or personnel were injured by the explosion. The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency will be leading the investigation, and we are urging anyone with information to contact them immediately.”
There were no injuries or property damage.

If you don't mind me asking you, what additional services or protections is government providing in 2024, for $1.7 trillion more, than they were in 2019?
