Republicans are tackling Biden's 'bloated bureaucracy' with a new bill that will force the federal workforce to get back into the office.

The bill led by Rep. Scott Perry, passed Tuesday evening 217-203, requires federal agencies to use their offices at a 60 percent capacity rate or sell the buildings.

Reports reveal government employees have been in meetings while taking bubble baths, still got paid while on the golf course and attended happy hours while on the clock. 

All federal agencies are less than 50 percent occupied - wasting an estimated $2.8 million per day.

🚨President Joe Biden has won enough delegates to clinch the 2024 Democratic nomination

Biden became his party's presumptive nominee when he won enough delegates in Georgia. That pushed Biden's count past 1,968 for a majority of delegates to the Democratic National Convention in Chicago this August, where his nomination will be made official.

Former President Donald Trump is expected to clinch the Republican nomination shortly.

59 delegates were at stake in the Georgia primary, with the state awarding "42 of its delegates to the winner of each of its 14 congressional districts, three Republican National Committee delegates to the statewide winner and the rest proportionally to candidates who earn more than 20 percent of the vote,"

Trump sat at 1089 delegates awarded before the Georgia primary, needing just 126 more to cross the majority threshold.

161 delegates are at stake in Tuesday evening's elections in Mississippi, Washington, and in Hawaii's caucus.

Attorney Diana Fabi Samson's argument was repeatedly challenged by one judge on the 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals before the three-judge panel reserved decision.

Lawyers for Maxwell are challenging her December 2021 conviction on multiple grounds, but the only topic at oral arguments was whether the deal Epstein struck in Florida to prevent a federal case against him there also protected Maxwell in New York.
