Former Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin is building an investor group to acquire ByteDance’s TikTok, as a bipartisan piece of legislation winding its way through Congress threatens its continued existence in the U.S.

Hu: “In 2015, the CIA & FBI approached her, asked her to ‘cooperate,'he said. “The FBI used coercion & inducement, offering to give her U.S. citizenship and $1 million, requiring her to work for them or else they would ‘ruin her.’”
Once Swalwell was given a defensive briefing by the FBI, the congressman dropped all contact with Fang Fang, and she left the country in June 2015.

Tony Bobulinski, in responding to Hinter’s refusal to appear at a Congressional Hearing, Bobulinski called for “truth and transparency" from the Bidens.
He suggested:
✔️Witnesses in the hearing, including himself, be subject to a polygraph with "real-time results to be viewed by the American people”.
✔️Bobulinski then offered Hunter Biden a deal: to appear together before the House committee for an additional hearing whenever it would be convenient for Biden.

One, they believe that on some evidence that, Joe Biden is, like, kind of controlled by China and that Joe Biden is pushing transgenderism. And yet and that is true. But they're aligning with Joe Biden, who is suddenly claiming that TikTok is bad because it is too Chinese and it's pouring filth into the minds of our children. He can't be sincere about that, obviously. So why would they [Republicans] be joining him in this?"

Today’s hearing will consider whether the Presidential Records Act means charges should be dropped.
At one point, U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon noted that no other former president has faced criminal charges related to the law.
Judge Aileen Cannon: “There has never been a situation remotely similar to this one”.
Blanche argued that “presidents since George Washington have taken materials out of the White House” at “their own discretion,” but Cannon seemed skeptical of his arguments involving the Records Act.
Cannon responded: “It’s difficult to see how this gets you to the dismissal of an indictment.”
The sides were also arguing a second motion to dismiss the case on the theory that the main statute used against Trump is unconstitutionally vague as it applies to presidents and can’t be used against him.
