Good night everyone!

You may not know very much about me, but this time last year I was a consultant. I traveled every week to different places and helped corporations run "better".

However, I had a dream to write and try and make a difference in the country I love. I started a substack early last year and began writing after work or whenever I had a chance. I also met some amazing people that mentored me and gave me great advice.

I continued with moderate success and was having the time of my life. I prayed for months for guidance from God. He told me to step out on faith and he would take care of the rest. So, I quit my job and began writing full time.

Within a couple of months I signed a contract to write full-time and everything has continued to grow. I am so thankful to my Heavenly Father and to all of you! I get to live my dream each day! Thank you all so much for your support!

Biden administration fails to file paperwork, causes 200K migrant deportation cases to be tossed: ‘Serious concerns’

The DHS failed to file the required paperwork before their court dates. This left the courts without jurisdiction to handle deportation cases and rule on asylum claims, according to a report released Wednesday by the Transactional Records Access Clearinghouse (TRAC) at Syracuse University.

Notices to appear, or NTAs must be filed with the court where the individual is told to appear for the hearing to take place. 

“Almost all Immigration Court cases are removal cases for which DHS must file an NTA for the case to go forward,” the TRAC report explains.

Washington State Supreme Court: Nah, You Don't Need to Pass the Bar Exam to Become a Lawyer

Washington State Supreme Court issued a pair of rulings eliminating the requirement that aspiring lawyers pass the bar, arguing that the exam “disproportionally and unnecessarily blocks” marginalized groups. 

Essentially, the justices are basically arguing that these "marginalized groups" are incapable of passing the exam, which would seem pretty discriminatory.
